Not only did they return my forgotten earpods promptly, but they also provided excellent ironing facilities which were a lifesaver for my wrinkled clothes. the electric kettle and tea and coffee facilities were a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. the flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby cafes and restaurants.
